Shipping Policy

All VIGORYS orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the United States. We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
Shipping Options
We use USPS for all domestic shipments:
- Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage) — 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping (USPS Priority) — 1-3 business days

Subscription orders ship free with Standard Shipping, regardless of order value.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days total
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days total
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods (holidays, sales events).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses
- International destinations
We are working to expand our shipping coverage. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your area.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com/track or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
- Ask household members or neighbors if they received it
- Wait 24 hours — packages sometimes show delivered before actual delivery
- Contact us if you still cannot locate your order
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Support@vigorys.com. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been shipped.
